WHAT CASUAL LEARNING CAN DO FOR YOUR CAREER

In today’s job market it is important to keep learning new skills. There are many new sites online that cater to people who want to learn in a non-formal setting. These website allow you to still learn new things, but not have to spend time at a traditional college. I think that job requirements are soon going to become more skill focused and less degree focused. Traditional colleges are going to have to adapt or be left behind. I have always had an interest in starting a creative training school, so maybe now is a good time to get started.
